Screenprint of Ferrybridge power station, which has been recently decommissioned, done in 2016. I’ve gone for autumnal colours, 7 of them in total (although the palest blue hasn’t shown up on the scan for some reason). This will be on show at my stall at the Leeds Print Fair.
The Ferrybridge power stations were situated on the River Aire near Ferrybridge village next to the junction of the M62 and A1 in West Yorkshire. They dominated over the houses in village, was interesting to walk around. The final ones were demolished in 2022
